Great reverbs, delays, and all kinds of DSP based processes, but when it comes to physically manifesting these great designs into a real product, that seems to be where the trouble sets in. Companies like TC Electronic and Lexicon have developed and refined some amazing software for audio. He actually is in the "service" department, so this should be interesting. Last edited by Bill Miller on 4:42 am edited 1 time in total Electronic is a company that does indeed care about customer support. Although the process may be flawed it does appear that T.C. In all fairness they are to be commended for making sure my problem was ultimately resolved. Electronic and so far it is working flawlessly. I have received a new replacement M350 from T.C. Electronic (the M350 at least).they're cheaply made, unreliable and the service is THE PITS! Unless you enjoy being jerked around I'd stay away from them altogether. I'm pretty much ready to render my judgement on T.C. Bear in mind that this is the second "new" unit I've had to return. I paid $25 to rush ship this piece of trash, which is still on warranty, and I get it back working worse than when I sent it. I gotta say, this kind of crap makes me mad as hell. It has absolutely no effect on the number of delay repeats whatsoever. So I fired it up and now the 'feedback/depth' knob doesn't work at all. All I had was an advance email stating the unit was repaired and awaiting shipment.no indication of what repair they performed. Well after nearly a month long wait it's back. Electronic M350s and that I was waiting for the second one to be repaired or replaced on the warranty. MD3 is available for Powercore for $1,245 USD and a TDM version (Pro Tools HD and HD Accel) is $1,595 USD.In a recent thread I posted that in less than twelve months I had returned two defective T.C.
